Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice and decision-maker.

You bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, and agency experience handling several clients simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
