Job summary

Think Research is seeking a Case Navigator for a remote role with 10-hour shifts from Thursday to Sunday. The position involves guiding patients, performing assessments, and coordinating care navigation while protecting patient privacy and data integrity.

You will handle inquiries via a cloud platform, coordinate referrals, and document all interactions. Flexible weekends and holidays may be required; salary ranges from CAD 50,000 to 60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Medical Office or Business Administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients and staff through visit readiness and real-time technical support.
• Handle non-clinical inquiries and route clinical issues appropriately.
• Coordinate referrals, transmit documentation to clinics, assist with bookings.
• Explain navigation options and provide clear information to patients.
• Document interactions accurately in the software and protect privacy.
• Follow regulatory compliance protocols and perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be flexible to weekends and statutory holidays.
