Sweat Pants Agency LLC seeks a remote Senior Google Ads Manager to own multiple DTC accounts, from strategy to client liaison. You will audit campaigns, optimize PMax and Shopping, and manage brand and non-brand performance with direct client communication.

Expect responsibility for GA4, GTM, Shopify-related tracking, and feed optimization while using Claude AI for rapid landing-page builds. You will work globally, with US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Shopping and PMax experience required; can't rely on search alone.
• GA4 and GTM setup and tracking know-how essential.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overhauls of campaigns, structure, keywords, and tracking.
• Manage brand vs non-brand strategies and separate reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, present results, and defend decisions.
