Sweat Pants Agency LLC in Canada is seeking a fully remote Google Ads specialist for DTC and ecommerce clients. You will own accounts end-to-end, from initial audit to optimization, and act as the primary client contact. You will separate brand vs non-brand, manage PMax, feed and tracking, and defend your attribution choices.

You’ll work with AI tooling and ship landing pages when needed. You should have proven spend management, native English, and the ability to align with US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent English communication with clients and team.
• Ability to defend attribution decisions and communicate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary.
• Audit campaigns and structure before touching anything.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Understand PMax mechanics and avoid misattribution.
• Monitor and control Google automation features.
• Own product feed quality and Merchant Center hygiene.
• Own tracking via GA4/GTM/Shopify goals.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across the funnel.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed.
