Freelance Latin America is seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Manager to lead and optimize campaigns for clients across the U.S. and Canadian markets. This fully remote role emphasizes strategic planning, analytical rigor, and collaborative execution in a performance-driven agency setting.

You will oversee multi-account campaigns, drive measurable results, and contribute to improving tracking, reporting, and SOPs. Strong English communication and independence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for service-based and e-commerce businesses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and Display campaigns across lead generation and e-commerce accounts.
• Oversee monthly advertising budgets, monitor spending, and ensure campaigns remain aligned with media plans and performance targets.
• Analyze and improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct weekly audits of conversion tracking, campaign performance, and lead quality; identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly client performance reports and communicate actionable insights.
• Identify conversion rate optimization opportunities and collaborate with web developers on improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with account managers to strengthen client relationships.
• Contribute to SOPs, campaign architecture, media planning frameworks, and QA processes.
• Work with paid media, SEO, CRO, and creative teams to support integrated strategies.
• Maintain campaign documentation and QA checklists.
