Search + Gather (S+G) in Toronto is hiring a Jr. Digital Strategist with 1+ years’ experience in SEM/PPC, digital marketing, tracking, reporting, and client communication. This remote-first role offers opportunities to grow within a scale-up environment.

Daily you’ll manage ads across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, and leverage Google Analytics and CRM data to drive client results. A collaborative team and profit-sharing are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paid search on SEM/PPC and digital marketing.
• Experience in tracking, reporting, and client communications.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools in marketing workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage ads across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Google Ads; analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
• Serve as the client contact for performance discussions and next steps.
