Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a seasoned Google Ads specialist to own end-to-end DTC campaigns for varied ecommerce brands. You will directly engage clients, audit before action, and manage feeds, landing pages, and tracking to maximize ROAS.

Expect autonomy, fast feedback, and growth opportunities in a remote, worldwide team. Responsibilities include owning client relationships, defending strategic calls, and building scalable assets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real client spend and clear results.
• You can articulate CPA/ROAS impacts and growth paths.
• You communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC/E-commerce accounts and act as sole client contact.
• Audit accounts before editing campaigns and present findings via Loom.
• Manage feed, landing pages, tracking, and creatives end-to-end.
• Differentiate brand vs. non-brand campaigns and measure incremental impact.
• Build or optimize landing pages and scripts when needed.
