Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a seasoned Google Ads strategist to own DTC accounts end-to-end, from discovery to reporting. You will speak directly with clients, present plans, defend decisions, and be accountable for the outcomes.

You will manage budgets from modest to six-figure monthly spends, optimize across Brand and Non-Brand campaigns, and build or refine landing pages and tracking to unlock real growth. Remote work available worldwide, with US East calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and clearly explain strategies and results.
• Experience building and shipping landing pages or pages with tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately and optimize PMax with clear targets.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit auto-created assets and sitelinks.
• Own feed and tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) to ensure data integrity.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offers, or landing pages and fix them.
