Job summary

MVR Digital, a performance marketing agency, seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own Meta and Google strategy for premium DTC brands. You will manage campaigns in Ads Manager and Google Ads daily, and defend the strategy on client calls.

The role is a fully remote independent contractor based in the US or Canada, with overlap in US time zones for client calls. You will lead client calls, tests, and strategic decisions to drive scalable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid media at an agency or high-growth brand.
• Proven ownership of both Meta and Google platforms.
• Experience managing $100K+ monthly budgets.
• Experience in DTC or luxury ecommerce is a plus.
• Fluent English and strong client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta and Google strategy and daily execution across accounts.
• Manage $100K+ per month in combined spend against targets.
• Configure and QA pixel, CAPI, and event quality on Meta.
• Manage Google assets: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube.
• Lead client calls and present performance with clear recommendations.
• Lead the paid media portion of client calls and provide decisions.
