Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to drive scalable servicing operations across the organization. You will define and execute strategies for readiness, ensuring people, processes, and enablement systems evolve with affirm’s servicing strategy across multiple programs.

You will own team-level strategy in a high-performing group, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining compliance and high-quality customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale/global operations.
• 3+ years in scaling operations and coaching team members.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR) and dispute management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and vendors to ensure readiness for regulatory change.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive-ready communications on status, risks, and impact.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and drive scalable quality improvements.
• Own end-to-end change management, adoption, and measurement for processes and products.
