Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner company, is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer based in Canada for a fully remote role. You will support users across Microsoft 365 and business applications, manage access, assets, and system records, and contribute to cybersecurity and digital workflow improvements.

The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with systems administration and collaboration with internal users and external providers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or systems support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across Microsoft 365 and core systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Coordinate with external IT providers for complex issues.
• Maintain IT asset registers and documentation.
• Assist with system implementations and updates.
