Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Technical Services Engineer based in Canada to deliver high-quality technical support within healthcare IT environments. The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with client communication, implementation work, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with IT, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve escalated incidents, document workflows, and contribute to knowledge management and service improvements, while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT support or technical services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/Healthcare IT.
• Experience supporting healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical contact for users and customers, coordinating issue resolution.
• Act as a primary implementation resource for client projects, from kickoff to completion.
• Provide second-level technical support for healthcare IT systems, diagnosing complex issues.
• Coordinate projects and tasks with clear communication to customers.
• Triaging requests and routing incidents to product or functional teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Engineering, and other teams to resolve problems.
