This role is essential for maintaining the productivity and efficiency of employees by providing timely and effective technical assistance. You will diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT problems, manage user accounts, and ensure the smooth operation of company hardware and software assets. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting a dynamic team, including colleagues based in or near Kimberley , ensuring seamless technological operations across the organization.
