Randstad Canada is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to expand IT staffing solutions across public and private sectors. This permanent, B2B role focuses on building relationships with hiring managers, matching talent with client needs, and driving revenue from temporary and permanent placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or interest in IT staffing or technical products/services.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects for Randstad IT staffing and solutions (temporary and permanent).
• Main point of contact and build relationships with public sector hiring managers.
• Create partnerships through multiple channels with key decision-makers.
• Execute activities to drive results: calls, virtual and in-person meetings.
• Diagnose workforce gaps and negotiate pricing to maximize value.
• Offer innovative employment solutions.
