Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II for IP&E in Canada, covering AB, Prairies, and Western Canada from Calgary. You will manage strategic accounts, promote Arrow’s supply chain and lifecycle programs, and drive branch growth while aligning with a defined sales compensation plan.

You will develop market knowledge, engage with vendors and customers in technical settings, and leverage Salesforce/ERP tools to deliver strong quarterly reviews and account plans.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technical field sales experience; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Experience in IP&E or interconnect, passive, and electromechanical components is valued.
• Ability to sell value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with defined key accounts to plan strategy and build relationships for solution selling.
• Maintain relationships with customer contacts shaping design opportunities and business challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction relating to supply chain management and value-added services.
• Collaborate with team to drive branch growth and success.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to sales goals.
