Job summary

BeMo Academic Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to connect with prospective students, convert warm leads, and support current students. This fully remote role includes zero cold calls and requires comfort with email, phone, and live chat communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales, are tech-savvy, and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. The position offers base salary plus commissions, health benefits, and a development fund.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; 3–5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and learning new tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospective students about products via email, phone, and live chat to convert to paying students.
• Provide exceptional support to current students via email, phone, and live chat.
• Create and maintain detailed student records and acquisition logs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and student acquisition.
• Assist consultants with troubleshooting and record-keeping using Excel/spreadsheets.
• Handle highly confidential documents with care.
