Job summary

BeMo Academic Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to engage with warm leads, convert inquiries into paying students, and support current students when needed. This fully remote role requires strong sales experience and comfort with online tools.

You will use email, phone, and live chat; maintain detailed records in Excel; develop new strategies to improve acquisition; and collaborate with consultants. Availability for evenings/weekends and bilingual English-French are a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
Proficient with technology and learning new tools.
Strong online research skills.
Self-directed learner able to experiment to improve procedures.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willing to learn new software.
Bonus: bilingual English and French.

Responsibilities

Educate prospective students via email, phone, and live chat and convert them into paying students (no cold calls).
Provide exceptional student support via email, phone, and live chat.
Create and maintain detailed student records and acquisition records.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and student acquisition.
Assist consultants with troubleshooting using online systems and store/analyze data in Excel/spreadsheets.
Handle highly confidential documents with extreme care.
