Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-time inbound, consultative, or high-ticket service sales experience.
• Proven ability to convert warm leads by phone and video.
• Experience qualifying prospects, conducting demonstrations, handling objections, following up, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and inquiries.
• Learn about each prospect’s property, vacancy, timeline, challenges, and urgency.
• Explain MoveSmart’s services, platform, process, pricing, and next steps.
• Schedule and confirm video demonstrations and lead platform demonstrations.
• Connect MoveSmart’s solution to the prospect’s leasing problem and address objections.
• Guide new clients through the agreement and sign-up process.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and handoffs to the Account Manager.
