Job summary

NCR Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to act as a primary contact for clients and internal teams from a remote Quebec base. You will drive client satisfaction, renewals, and revenue by managing relationships, coordinating with Account Executives, and delivering timely, accurate quotations and services.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience is preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong problem solving, adaptability and client-centric mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver revenue and new orders.
• Maintain customer heat map and priorities, optimize SFDC data.
• Guide and coordinate with internal teams to execute operating plans.
• Ensure effective client communications and timely renewals and services.
• Produce program status reports throughout the client lifecycle.
