Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years Inside Sales experience.
• Experience in wire and cable industry preferred.
• Fluent English; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQ via SAP quotes based on market conditions and pricing.
• Support customers and sales reps; answer price and availability questions.
• Enter and verify orders; track win ratio and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deadlines.
• Proactively seek new customer opportunities through calls.
