Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Business Analyst in Canada to support analysis and optimization of health insurance processes within the Swiss sector. You will work with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into practical solutions and manage them through the full lifecycle.

Focus areas include claims processing improvements and automated invoice verification, plus configuration, data maintenance, QA, and release management.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional training in business informatics, computer science, or a commercial discipline.
• Several years of experience in Swiss health/accident insurance.
• Knowledge of KVG and/or VVG claims processes.
• Familiarity with Adcubum Syrius or Sumex.
• Strong German language skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business and IT teams to translate requirements.
• Analyze requirements and optimize claims processing and invoice verification.
• Manage requirements through full lifecycle from concept to validation.
• Configure and maintain insurance applications with accurate tariff data.
• Coordinate release planning with customers and technical teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments in Swiss insurance and identify impacts.
