A key focus will be improving claims processing workflows and automated invoice verification systems.

You will also contribute to application configuration, data maintenance, quality assurance, and release management.

Working across customer projects and multidisciplinary teams, you will help ensure that insurance solutions remain reliable, efficient, and compliant.

This is an opportunity to combine insurance expertise, analytical skills, and technology in a collaborative project environment.

  • Ensure the functional and technical quality of applications, supporting error analysis and resolution when needed.

  • Configure and maintain insurance applications, including keeping reference data and tariff information accurate and up to date.

  • Participate in customer projects and coordinate release planning and implementation with customers, business teams, developers, and system providers.

  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in the Swiss insurance market and identify the resulting business and system requirements.

  • Familiarity with insurance applications, ideally Adcubum Syrius or Sumex.

  • Experience configuring applications; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, or release management is a plus.
