Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor’s degree in IS, business admin, or business management preferred.
7 years in a relevant operational area; 5 years of technical application experience.

Responsibilities

Lead with customers and developers to capture capability needs and drive quality solutions.
Lead full project lifecycle based on experience and need.
Provide SME support for project and production activities on complex issues.
Ensure SOC 2 compliance and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Interface with business areas, technical staff, and project teams to drive ROI.
Lead requirements testing, testing scenarios, and defect management to minimize defects.
Create ad-hoc reports and analyze system performance.
Communicate status and documentation clearly to partners and management.
Provide thought leadership in Product and Technology Solutions.
Other duties as assigned.
