Job summary

Equisoft is seeking a Business Analyst to work with clients and the development team to produce clear requirements and context. You will translate user stories into functional specs, collaborate with UI teams on wireframes, and guide sprint work with the development team.

You will document functional requirements, participate in workshops, and provide pre-sales support when needed. Fluency in French and English is required, with knowledge of life and health insurance a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma required with 5+ years in life insurance or similar.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to produce clear artifacts.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of life and health products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Document business requirements and guide feature development for core solutions.
• Collaborate with UI, product management and clients to define interfaces and screen specs.
• Assist development team during sprints and provide pre-sales product support.
