Marqeta is hiring a GTM Analytics Manager in Canada to own high-visibility analytics across pipeline, forecasting, and performance. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, and RevOps leadership to turn business questions into data-driven recommendations and build scalable dashboards.

In this role you will advance data storytelling, apply AI-enhanced workflows, and collaborate across teams to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Fintech, payments analytics, GTM analytics, or equivalent
• Advanced SQL with multi-table joins, window functions, CTEs
• Expert dashboard/report development in Tableau and/or Looker
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate analytics work
• Strong storytelling to translate data into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Independently own high-visibility analytics across pipeline, forecasting, and performance measurement
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and RevOps leadership to translate business questions into data-driven recommendations
• Design and build strategic self-service dashboards (Pipeline Metrics, Sales Activity, Customer Data) in Tableau/Looker/Salesforce
• Reduce ad-hoc reporting by creating reusable data models and self-service tools
• Support forecast delivery by partnering with FP&A, Partner Ops, and RevOps
• Introduce AI-assisted workflows and lightweight tools to cut manual reporting
• Model operating principles: data-first decisions, QA, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement
