Job summary

CV Labs, based in Toronto, is building an AI-native revenue system for its service units. You will audit the current funnel, design routing and follow-up plays, and ship AI-assisted agents that augment the sales team.

You will own the revenue tech stack on top of a shared data layer, collaborating with AI engineers to deliver measurable improvements. You’ll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with growth leadership and the sales team to turn opportunities into signed retainers while

Qualifications

• Experience leading GTM engineering for a sales team of 15+ and building a system around a CRM.
• Ability to design workflows, routing and AI-assisted tools for sales reps.
• Strong coding discipline: reading, testing, and secure handling of client data.

Responsibilities

• Audit current revenue funnel across units and map action items.
• Design routing, speed-to-lead and follow-up plays for leads.
• Build AI-assisted agents and CRM integrations that run with minimal manual effort.
• Own backlog, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly.
