Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM to join a centralized global analytics team. You will own data pipelines, models, and dashboards supporting sales and GTM metrics. You will partner with sales, finance, and operations to ensure a single source of truth and actionable insights.

The role focuses on building scalable data products, collaborating with analysts, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization. Strong domain knowledge of GTM is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Deep expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design.
• Expert SQL and experience with Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Experience with Salesforce data model and GTM systems.
• Experience with dbt, Git, and BI tools (Hex a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Drive the GTM data roadmap to build scalable durable data products.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and marts for GTM metrics.
• Create dashboards to track core metrics and provide insights across the company.
• Collaborate with GTM analysts to train on datasets and data tools.
• Write excellent documentation and tutorials.
• Work across the full stack of analytics from ad-hoc analysis to architecting pipelines.
• Build semantic models and evals to power AI tools for querying business data.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while keeping code, models, and documentation clean and maintainable.
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to align teams on metrics and definitions.
