Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with automation tools and data workflows.
• Strong analytics and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing teams
• Manage and integrate tools such as CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound platforms, and analytics tools
• Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach processes
• Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives to improve pipeline efficiency
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity)
• Support outbound campaigns through technical setup, A/B testing, and optimization
• Maintain clean, structured, and scalable data pipelines
• Troubleshoot technical issues across GTM tools and platforms
