Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads with 3+ years of hands-on experience. Remote role with a focus on US and international clients; strong metrics history is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized personally.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics demonstrated.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; present client numbers and insights.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
