Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote, full-time role focusing on paid media management for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own the strategy, budgets, and narrative behind performance, serving as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS/CPA, and ensure robust tracking with GA4 and pixel platforms. Clear English on live calls with US clients is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
