Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of international sales and strategic account management experience.
- Fluent English mandatory; additional languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Experience in cable manufacturing or related industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop international market entry strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Identify opportunities through direct sales, distributors, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain an international customer network with key players.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach distributors and channel partners.
- Coordinate regional marketing and product promotion aligned with global goals.
- Lead risk management including contracts, payment terms, and logistics.
