Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Associate Director - Investments based in Canada to lead investment opportunities across North America and Western Europe. You will underwrite acquisitions, prepare memoranda, and drive end‑to‑end deal execution while managing stakeholders and coaching junior team members.

You will work closely with senior executives, evaluate growth potential, and contribute to an investment strategy within a fully remote role offering substantial autonomy and executive exposure.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional experience in transactions, strategy, or equivalent.
• Experience in Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking preferred.
• Strong investment judgment and owner mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment opportunities from initial assessment through closing.
• Underwrite opportunities, assess value, risk, and returns; prepare investment memoranda.
• Develop non-binding offers and establish deal pricing and structure.
• Coordinate due diligence with cross‑functional teams and external advisors.
• Manage timelines and lead end‑to‑end deal execution, including LOI and closing.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to investment strategy.
