Job summary

Quince is seeking a French bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join the team in Canada. You will engage with customers via chat, email, phone, and social channels, resolving issues with empathy while guiding them authentically.

The role offers growth paths in specialization and leadership, with a 90‑day introductory period and a set schedule. Candidates within 50 km of Toronto must work on-site five days a week; those beyond may work remotely.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English - both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload).

Responsibilities
