Quince Canada is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the human heartbeat of the brand. You’ll own the full customer journey across chat, email, phone, and social channels from first contact to resolution, delivering thoughtful service, timeliness, and quality.

The role is hybrid, based in Toronto with weekly onsite presence. Successful candidates bring at least two years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and a calm, empathetic mindset focused on problem-solving

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Hybrid role with onsite work 4 days a week after training.
• Shift options listed (EST) and guaranteed hours.
