Xplore Inc. is seeking bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representatives to work entirely from home across Canada.

You will deliver courteous, knowledgeable service, handle billing and technical support, process orders, and maintain customer data while adapting to a fast-paced remote environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
• Experience in a contact center environment is an asset.
• Previous remote working experience is an asset.
• Strong customer focus and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent customer experience by interacting with customers in a courteous, knowledgeable and professional manner.
• Listening to customers and probing to discover needs while fulfilling customer expectations in line with policies and procedures.
• Providing general account, billing and technical support to customers.
• Processing service orders.
• Maintaining accuracy of customer databases.
• Assisting with reporting and administration.
• Maintaining service levels and achieving business and performance goals.
