Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for installation, operation and maintenance of products and applications, with emphasis on customer care.
• Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensuring requests are handled appropriately across company functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established tools and escalate as required.
