Job summary

Xplore Inc. is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support customers remotely from home in Canada. You will handle billing, account and technical queries with a courteous and proactive approach, while meeting performance standards.

Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time independently in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and benefits include health and dental coverage and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism in French and English is required.
• Experience in a contact centre environment is an asset.
• Remote working experience is an asset.
• Strong customer focus and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience by interacting with customers in a courteous, knowledgeable and professional manner.
• Listen to customers and probe as appropriate to discover needs while fulfilling customer expectations in line with policies and procedures.
• Provide general account, billing and technical support to customers.
• Process service orders.
• Maintain accuracy of customer databases.
• Assist with reporting and administration.
• Maintain service levels and achieve business and performance goals and objectives.
