Job summary

Sophos is seeking a highly motivated GTM Rev Ops Process Manager to join our GTM Strategy & Ops team. You will design, scale, and optimize end-to-end processes supporting the go-to-market engine across Sales, SDR and Marketing.

You will translate strategy into repeatable workflows, driving operational rigor across the revenue lifecycle with a focus on reducing friction and enabling faster, smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue/Sales/Operations or similar.
• Experience designing cross-functional GTM processes across lead to opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction and improve revenue potential.
• Design and improve GTM processes across lead management, routing, qualification, handoff and pipeline progression.
• Partner with Sales, SDRs, Marketing and Systems to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows to ensure design meets outcomes.
• Support initiatives driving revenue impact using dashboards and data trends.
• Translate strategic initiatives into timelines and change management activities.
