Job summary

AppDirect is seeking an Revenue Ops Systems Analyst to own the GTM technology stack, with focus on Salesforce and adjacent systems such as Planhat, Zendesk, Gong, and HubSpot. You will ensure data flows, integrations stay healthy, and the tech stack scales with the business.

You’ll design AI-powered workflows, build automation, and partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to translate needs into scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations/go-to-market role with hands-on GTM experience.
• Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and back decisions with evidence.
• Deep Salesforce administration experience: config, data modeling, reporting; admin certs a plus.
• Experience building GTM systems and integrations (Zendesk, HubSpot, Planhat, Gong, etc.).
• Hands-on with LLMs and some scripting to connect systems.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional alignment.
• Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack, ensuring Salesforce and adjacent systems operate as one connected system.
• Identify gaps using internal data and propose ROI-driven improvements.
• Build and manage automation workflows to reduce manual work.
• Design AI-powered workflows with multi-step agent logic and data extraction.
• Translate business needs into scalable, intuitive processes across teams.
• Pilot and implement AI tools to boost GTM efficiency and rep productivity.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and reporting.
• Support commissions, territory management, and data enrichment processes.
• Lead cross-functional GTM systems projects from scope to shipped outcomes.
• Coordinate incident response with change management and monitoring.
