• Coordinate with engineering, product, analytics, and other teams to drive alignment.
• Implement lean processes and drive continuous improvement in planning and execution.
• Establish data-driven frameworks to monitor portfolio performance and OKRs.
• Develop communications strategies to ensure information flows across the org.
• Plan change requirements, manage dependencies, and establish tools for clarity.
