Affirm is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility planning programs spanning product, engineering, and analytics. You will drive cross-functional alignment, implement lean processes, and scale program management practices as the business expands.

The role requires a strong technical background, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering complex fintech initiatives in a remote-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing programs, processes, and change in technology.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, high-visibility transformation programs aligning with team mission.
• Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategy, priorities, and decisions.
• Implement lean processes and foster continuous improvement and effective prioritization.
• Establish data-driven frameworks to track portfolio performance against OKRs and guide investments.
• Develop communication strategies ensuring critical information flows across the organization.
• Plan change requirements with cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and promote transparency, visibility, and accountability.
