This fully remote role requires exceptional coordination with clients, culinary teams, and on-site staff, with strong communication and project management skills. You will leverage digital tools to manage logistics from a home office and contribute to client success in a flexible, international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in catering management, event planning, or related operational role.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex events simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills, essential for remote work.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana) and catering/event management software.
• Strong understanding of food service operations, menu development, and cost control principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high productivity remotely.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of catering for various events, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through menu selection, customization, and all logistical details.
• Coordinate closely with the central culinary team to brief them on event requirements, dietary needs, and presentation standards.
• Oversee the scheduling and management of on-site catering staff and venue coordination (liaising with local teams).
• Develop detailed event catering plans, timelines, and budget proposals.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or challenges that may arise before or during events.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate client records, event details, and performance metrics in company systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct post-event analysis to gather feedback and identify areas for continuous improvement.
