You will lead a team of chefs, servers and coordinators, ensure food safety, manage menus, budgets and vendor coordination, and deliver exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining high presentation standards.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is advantageous for coordinating off-site preparations.
• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not essential if extensive relevant experience is demonstrated.
