• Be responsible for turnover and margins as well as establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth.
• Establish proactively strong professional relationships and credibility with key IT and business executives in the corporate account.
• Identify key performers and develop a succession plan to ensure individual and group excellence; manage performance and results of high and low performers.
• Build an effective business case reflecting the value of an appropriate strategy.
