Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking an Account Executive for Data Services and Storage. The role is designed as hybrid, requiring you to work from an HPE office about two days per week.

You will lead a team of sales professionals, represent HPE’s services, and drive revenue while delivering value to clients. The ideal candidate brings IT sales experience, knowledge of Ontario government and health care verticals, and a university-level degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT sales & account management with the Ontario government & health care vertical.
• Holding a University or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science or equivalent.
• Competent in the sale of IT services and outsourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a group of sales professionals and serve as business sales lead for an account or several accounts
• Be responsible for representing HPE’s portfolio of services in a concise, relevant way that resonates with customers and highlights HPE’s key
• Act as the account lead for a substantial area of a corporate account
• Understand a client’s critical business priorities and supporting IT challenges and requirements
• Focus on driving value for the client, while maximizing competitive share, revenue, and margin for HPE
• Identify, qualify, and close new business that results in substantial incremental revenue and margins to HPE in addition to maintain and expand existing products
• Identify competitive strengths to drive a purchase decision
• Responsible for achieving sales goals

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – Canada: Annual Salary CAD 227,500 - 455,500 in Ontario This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 50%/50%.
