Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a high-impact Enterprise Key Account Executive based in Canada. You will drive strategic relationships with large, technologically complex organizations, leading multi-stakeholder deals and shaping account strategies to accelerate growth.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that reduce rework and time-to-market, while navigating procurement processes and sustaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience closing contracts $200,000–$2,000,000 or more.
• Experience selling to large enterprises (>10,000 employees) with complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills in technical sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for major accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Lead complex sales cycles and close high-value contracts with multiple decision-makers.
• Engage engineering leaders and executives to understand challenges and propose AI-powered workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor proposals and negotiate terms.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide reliable forecasts for revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and manage renewals with customer success teams.
