Job summary

Goodstack is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound efforts with enterprise clients globally. You will qualify early prospects, design scalable sequences, and leverage modern GTM tooling to improve efficiency and impact.

You will work closely with senior management and the strategies team in a fast-moving environment. You should have a track record of rapid progression—SDR/BDR, consulting, or self-built roles—with excellent written English and comfort with tools like

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound enterprise prospecting and multi-stakeholder selling.
• Strong written English with high-quality outreach.
• Familiarity with modern GTM tooling (HubSpot, CLAV etc.) and ability to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound to enterprise businesses globally; 100+ prospects a month.
• Qualify and progress early-cycle prospects on what you source.
• Find leverage in tooling to improve efficiency and impact over time.
• Automate repetitive tasks and build scalable processes.
• Identify and test new personas and ICPs.
• Refine positioning as new markets are explored.
• Design and test sequences with clear outcomes.
• Ensure HubSpot data quality and pipeline hygiene.
• Convert event and inbound follow-up with marketing.
