Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a Disability Management Advisor to oversee the disability management program within the Human Resources department. The role focuses on developing, implementing, maintaining and evaluating services to support staff health, timely return to work, and coordination of accommodations.

Remote work is supported. Starting salary will be approximately from $76,111 to $95,138 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and evaluate the Disability Management program for an assigned area.
• Provide case management services, including assessing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating options.
• Promote return to work and coordinate modified/alternate work opportunities to mitigate absences.
• Ensure integration of services to promote staff health across WH&S team.
