Qualifications

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset; if in Québec, proficiency in both languages required.
• A post‑secondary diploma, CEGEP (DEC or DEP) or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare program.
• Preference for Health Sciences education and direct rehabilitation experience.
• Sound knowledge of Rehabilitation Industry Standards, disability insurance, medical terminology, and rehab management best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to make meaningful decisions quickly under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for diverse tasks.
• Valid driver’s license for potential travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement return‑to‑work rehabilitation strategies for plan members.
• Foster relationships with plan sponsors, plan members, providers and internal partners to drive successful RTW or job resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget to ensure effective treatments.
• Handle daily administrative tasks including timely email and phone communications.
• Demonstrate resilience, emotional intelligence, and compassion when engaging plan members.
