Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Manager, Data Governance and Reporting to enhance data quality and support operational reporting. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to implement data governance practices, lead a team, and drive initiatives with high organizational visibility. The ideal candidate has experience in data management, strong SQL skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. This is a full-time remote position requiring residency in Ontario or Nova Scotia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Management & Governance within enterprise environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python, Java, or C/C++ preferred.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Domo, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation of data governance practices.
• Develops and maintains reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Conducts need assessments and recommends process improvements.
